User Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your social media accounts (Instagram or Facebook) to our app and would like to delete your data, please follow the steps below:

What Data We Store

We may store limited data required to provide services, such as:

• Your name or social media profile ID
• Your access token (encrypted)
• Post metadata (caption, media, schedule time)

How to Request Deletion

To delete your data, please send a request to our support team:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include:

• Your email address or user ID used in our app
• The name of the connected social account

We will process your request within 7 working days.

Automatic Token Expiry

We do not keep your data beyond what’s necessary. Expired or disconnected tokens are purged automatically.
